The session centered on refining the Group’s strategic priorities, enhancing execution, and ensuring consistency across its regional operations. Leadership engaged in structured discussions around revenue growth, customer experience, operational discipline, and people development, resulting in a more unified and focused direction for the year ahead.
The workshop also reinforced collaboration across markets, ensuring that each country and business unit is aligned on key objectives and performance expectations. This alignment positions the Group to execute more effectively and respond with greater agility in a dynamic operating environment.
