Promotech Retail
Promotech Retail operates seven modern technology stores across the region, including four in Barbados, two in Guyana, and one in St. Lucia. Our stores provide computers, electronics, networking equipment, appliances, accessories, and everyday technology solutions to consumers and professionals.
Our retail platform is built on scale, supply strength, knowledgeable in-store teams, and dependable after-sales support. We focus on delivering a clean, organized, and professional shopping experience backed by real technical capability.
iShop
iShop is our Apple Authorized Reseller and Service Center located at Sheraton Mall in Barbados. It delivers a dedicated Apple retail environment offering genuine Apple products, certified repairs, and warranty-backed technical support provided by trained specialists.
iShop operates as a premium retail and service platform within the group, combining global Apple standards with local expertise and structured support capability.
ICT Services
Our ICT Services division delivers network design, managed IT services, cybersecurity support, cloud solutions, systems integration, and ongoing infrastructure management. We support businesses and institutions that require stable, secure, and scalable technology environments.
From structured cabling and network architecture to server environments, cloud migration, endpoint management, and security monitoring, we focus on reliability, continuity, and long-term operational performance.
B2B & Government Solutions
We partner with corporate clients, financial institutions, offshore companies, and government agencies to design, implement, and manage complete technology ecosystems. Our role goes beyond hardware procurement to include infrastructure planning, systems architecture, cybersecurity frameworks, compliance alignment, and enterprise transformation initiatives.
