Promotech Inc. is seeking a highly certified and multi-vendor experienced Senior Pre-Sales Infrastructure & Solutions Architect to design and position enterprise-grade ICT solutions across Government, Hospitality, Financial Services, and Large Enterprise sectors.

This role requires deep hands-on technical expertise combined with commercial solution design capability. The successful candidate must already hold professional certifications across leading enterprise vendors and demonstrate advanced expertise in switching, voice, fiber infrastructure, wireless, server platforms, and cybersecurity.

Core Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery and solution architecture sessions
• Design enterprise switching, wireless, firewall, and server solutions
• Develop BOMs, scope of work, and technical proposal documentation
• Provide pre-sales technical presentations and RFP responses
• Validate fiber backbone and structured cabling readiness
• Design VoIP and Unified Communication solutions
• Support margin optimization through intelligent solution design
• Work directly with Sales Leadership and Executive Management

Mandatory Vendor Certification Requirements

Candidates must hold active certifications in at least four (4) of the following categories:

• Cisco – CCNP Enterprise or CCNP Security (CCNA minimum)
• Fortinet – Fortinet Certified Professional (FCP) or Fortinet Certified Solution Specialist (FCSS)
• HPE / Aruba – Aruba Certified Switching Professional (ACSP) or Aruba Certified Mobility Professional (ACMP)
• Dell Technologies – Dell Certified Implementation Engineer (PowerEdge) or Dell Data Center Certification
• Ruckus Networks – Ruckus WiSE Level 2 or higher and/or Ruckus ICX Switching Certification

Voice & Collaboration Experience (Required)

• Avaya IP Office / Aura experience
• Cisco Collaboration (CCNP Collaboration preferred)
• SIP, SBC, and IP Telephony architecture
• Call center and multi-site VoIP deployment experience

Fiber Optic & Structured Cabling Knowledge (Mandatory)

• Knowledge of single-mode and multi-mode fiber
• OTDR testing and certification understanding
• Structured cabling standards (TIA/EIA-568)
• Cat6 / Cat6A deployment standards
• Fiber termination and patch panel design
• Data center rack and cable management design
• FOA CFOT, BICSI, or Fluke certification experience preferred

Experience Requirements

• 7–10+ years enterprise ICT experience
• Proven design experience for multi-site enterprise environments
• Experience supporting projects valued above XCD 500K
• Government or Hospitality sector experience preferred
• Strong commercial awareness and pricing sensitivity
